This scene is of a young girl, crawling out of a stormy sea (connoting a primitive aspect of humanity but specifically, the struggles and even horrors of young girls "finding themselves" at such an early age). As a young woman, she has no identity as of yet (mask not revealing her face and it also serves to protect) yet the fake hair shows that society is already forming an opinion on who she should be, whether she wants it or not. The black clothing shows that she has not conformed her entire self to the world. She reaches for guidance with a trepidation and intensity of a young girl who is truly afraid of her next steps into the teen years.
All images will be mailed to you, framed and ready to hang. Frame is a gallery quality, thin black metal frame with non-glare glass and no matt. Prints are only printed on professional papers with a beautiful 'luster coating' applied. The 24x36 canvas will have some cropping as the image will be wrapped around the sides. This however will not take away from the image overall.
